Using our body polish is an excellent way to exfoliate and moisturize your skin. Here's a step-by-step guide:

 

Step 1: Prepare Your Skin

• Shower or soak: Start with a warm shower or bath to soften your skin and open your pores. This helps the polish work more effectively.

Step 2: Apply The Body Polish

• Take a small amount of the polish in your hands.
• Apply it to damp skin, focusing on areas prone to dryness or roughness, such as elbows, knees, and heels.

Step 3: Massage Gently

• Using circular motions, massage the polish onto your skin.
• Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent irritation.

Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly

• Rinse off the polish with warm water until your skin feels clean and free of residue.

Step 5: Pat Dry

• Gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp to lock in moisture.

Step 6: Moisturize

• Follow up with our body creme or lotion to seal in hydration and maintain softness.

TIPS

• Use 1 - 2 times a week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity.
• Avoid using on broken or irritated skin.
• Avoid especially sensitive and tender areas of your body (i.e. private area and around eyes).
